“Living life without regrets” realistically involves thought and action that one could assume that would not cause regret in the future,
and also realizing that being human, one should forgive oneself for his regrettable actions and thoughts of the past.
Both these involve conscious decisions in the present, and of being aware that past and future are only metaphysical constructs.
I for one, find it too complicated.
I have my own mantra
“Live Life without egrets”
I don’t like them anyway.
I’m happy as long as I can have my crows and sparrows.
(Please crack a smile, I’m trying to be funny)
